Minimum age to stay at Ventura Village: 30 years old.
The booking holder, or at least one of the guests staying at the property, must be at least the age indicated above.
Parties, noise, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Apartments must be left tidy and clean (with kitchenware washed and garbage disposed of in the street containers).
Pets are allowed for a supplement of €12 per pet, per day (maximum: €60 per pet).
