The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

The bathroom is complete with bathtub and bidet.

The building has a lift and there is the option of using private parking in the building at a cost of 12 € per day without the need to book.

The apartments must be returned collected and tidy (with the kitchen utensils washed and the garbage deposited in the containers on the street)
